We easily spend £10 here or there without even noticing. For many of us, it's throwaway money. But for millions fighting hunger across the globe, it provides immediate relief. These hot meals consist of rice and meat, serving up to 3 people.
As a food charity, hot meals are one of the most common forms of relief we provide during our emergency response, alongside nutritious food parcels. For community groups living through extreme poverty, food aid distributions may be their only support and source of nourishment.
