1.9 million people are on the brink of famine
According to the World Food Programme, an estimated 1.9 million people are on the verge of famine, primarily in Gaza and Sudan. This figure is from the end of 2024 and is now anticipated to be much higher. These people are not just hungry – they are facing the worst, most severe kind of hunger crisis. They are at risk of starving to death, with extreme food shortages. Yeryüzü Merhamet is distributing food parcels to some of the world’s most at-risk communities. Feed a family of 6
£50-£60 - Nutritious food parcel
From £50 (location dependent), you can feed a family of 6 for up to 3 weeks. Food parcels contain staple items to ensure nourishment, longevity and to ease the burden families face.
Food parcels are often the first form of relief we provide in emergencies, along with hot meals. Whether you choose to donate to Gaza, Sudan, Yemen or anywhere else, your generous donation will feed a family during their time of need.
Don't let children go hungry
Millions suffer from hunger across the globe, with children some of the most vulnerable. Over half of those suffering from malnutrition live in conflict-affected areas, leading to weakened immune systems, stunted growth and increased mortality rates.
